The President of the Junta, Juanma Moreno, has emphasized the commitment of the Andalusian Government to Lepe and Andalusia, promoting its future and addressing the real needs of its residents. He also noted that this town in Huelva has institutional strength, social drive, and a spirit of collaboration, which he considers an essential part of the machinery for the prosperity of this region.
Moreno, who participated in the 60th Anniversary celebration of the City of Lepe, mentioned that the Andalusian Government is tirelessly working on the infrastructure of this town. He also highlighted upcoming initiatives such as the access roads to the hospital, which are expected to be completed by the Spanish Government this year.
He emphasized that April 9, 1965, marked the beginning of a new era for Lepe, one of expansion in all aspects and a desire to achieve more. He stated that this progress could only be achieved with top-notch human resources, a privileged natural environment, 24 kilometers of beaches, existing cultural and festive attractions, the profile of agro-industry, and the industrial boom that Lepe has been experiencing for years.

He affirmed that talking about Lepe is also talking about tourism, as it grew by over 5% from 2023 to 2024. In conclusion, he encouraged everyone to dream big because, as he stated, we have the talent and capacity to do so.
