The lifeless body of a man has been found on Wednesday afternoon on La Calahonda beach in Motril (Granada), as reported by 112, belonging to the Andalusian Emergency Agency, attached to the Ministry of the Presidency, Interior, Social Dialogue, and Administrative Simplification of the Junta, in a note.
At around 5:20 p.m. on Wednesday, the 112 Emergency Phone received a report from a private individual who alerted that there was a person floating in the water, on the same shore, at the end of Calle Galán. The Emergency Medical Services 061, the National Police, and the Local Police were then activated from the coordinating center.
Health sources have confirmed the discovery of the body of a 40-year-old man, with no further details revealed about the circumstances of the death.
