During his speech in the control session in the Andalusian parliament, Moreno declared that «Andalú Via» leads to results, reflecting the fact that Andalusia continues to lead in internal decrease in absolute terms, being the second region with the highest job creation after Madrid, having fewer than 650,000 registered unemployed individuals, with 3.4 million affiliates and almost 95,000 more than a year ago. They also became the third region with the highest exports abroad, which is a nod to clean energy generation.
In this regard, he chose to continue with policies that prioritize institutional stability, favoring investments, creating stable and quality jobs, and helping to energize key economic sectors.

Furthermore, it was noted that, along with the new scheduling management system within 72 hours, 50,000 requests were processed in the first month, with 262,356 hours of continuous medical care provided in 2024, reducing the waiting lists for surgical procedures outside the guaranteed period by 44% compared to the previous year.
For education, he pointed out that the school dropout rate decreased by 6.5 points, with significant efforts in special education, a 74% increase in budget from 2018 to 589 million euros in 2025, resulting in 510 classrooms, an increase from 2018, and the expansion of free early education for children aged 2 to 3.
Regarding dependency, it was assured that the goal is to make the care system more agile and efficient, reducing waiting times. Furthermore, there are a total of 13,600 specialized professionals, a 34% increase from 2018, over 3,500 PTIs with a 50% increase from 2018, nearly 6,000 teachers in therapeutic pedagogy, 2,000 auditory language specialists, and 2,200 educational guidance teachers.
Moreno also touched upon economic data, adding that, according to the latest data from IECA, the Andalusian economy grew by 3.3% in 2024, one-tenth higher than the Spanish average and four times more than the growth of the euro and the EU.
He emphasized that over the past six years, the Andalusian GDP has grown above the average convergence with Spain and Europe, attributing this largely to the policies implemented by the Andalusian government and, particularly, the talent, capacity, and entrepreneurial spirit of the Andalusians.
