DÍLAR (GRANADA), 27 (EUROPA PRESS)
A skier has lost his life after suffering a fall in Dílar (Granada), as reported by 112, belonging to the Andalusian Emergency Agency, attached to the Ministry of the Presidency, Interior, Social Dialogue, and Administrative Simplification of the Junta.
In a statement, the coordinating center detailed that a witness alerted at 11:45 am to the Emergency Phone 112 to request help for a skier who was seriously injured after falling in a rocky area while descending from the Cumbre del Cartujo to the chorrera de Los Molinillos, in the municipality of Dílar, Granada.
Quickly, the coordinating center alerted the Civil Guard, who activated the Mountain Rescue and Intervention Group (Greim), and the Emergency Health Center (CES) 061.
Despite the fact that the Greim rescue helicopter was dispatched to the scene, nothing could be done to save the skier’s life, whose identity details have not yet been disclosed. The judicial protocol has been activated.
