The PP of Granada will be represented at the national congress that will reelect Alberto Núñez Feijóo as the leader of the party this weekend in Madrid by 77 delegates and over a hundred attendees from the entire province, led by their provincial president, Francis Rodríguez.
The party’s general secretary in the province of Granada, Jorge Saavedra, stated in a press release that the delegates from Granada will participate in the discussion of the two reports at this congress, both on politics and statutes, «which will set the course for the PP to regain the Government of Spain.»
Saavedra emphasized «the overwhelming support for Feijóo’s leadership and his vision of Spain in the face of the decline of Sánchez’s government, besieged by corruption cases in his inner circle and held captive by the blackmail of his separatist partners.»
In this regard, the provincial secretary stated that «the PP has a project, teams, and the ability to offer an alternative that allows for the formation of a decent government that serves the citizens, something that will become clear at this national congress from which we will emerge greatly strengthened.»
«Granada urgently needs a government led by Alberto Núñez Feijóo to leave behind these seven disastrous years of ‘sanchismo’ for our province, as demonstrated by the railway chaos earlier this week,» Saavedra concluded.
